    The book Getting Naked is a helpful read when thinking about the reality of consulting…that it is a people business at the core and relationships, authenticity matters.

    I would like to add “The Unifying Management System” to your reading list. The “Unifying Management System” provides an answer to the question of how to implement a system to provide continual improvement in quality, efficiency, productivity and profitability. It includes a MASTER PLAN, BLUE PRINT and IMPLEMENTATION PHASE to continue the process so there is not let-down in results in the future.

    A pretty broad selection. I thought this was great at giving some insights into the real differences between management consulting and industry: some genuinely new thoughts but not clouded in jargon and bull!
